    Directions
General Care: To ensure that your rollator will have a long service life, inspect it regularly and follow these general maintenance tips: Before use, check the brakes for proper operation and adjust them if loose. Do not use if the brakes are loose. Wipe the frame with a clean, soft cloth at least once a week. All metal parts can be cleaned monthly with auto wax or similar products. If exposed to moisture, dry immediately. Do not use an abrasive cleaner that will scratch the finish. Use only a clean towel dampened with cool water when cleaning hand grips, seat, and padded backrest. Confirm that the grips are dry before using. Never use ammonia-based cleaning solutions or soap on these parts, which may cause them to loosen or crack. Periodically inspect all wheels for wear or damage. If these issues develop, discontinue use until they have been replaced. Using Your Rollator: 1. Ensure your rollator is fully opened, in an upright position with the seat flat and all four wheels are in contact with the floor. 2. To temporarily lock wheels in position, press down hand brakes until you hear a click that indicates wheels are locked. Always engage and disengage wheel locks on both sides simultaneously. To release wheel locks, pull up on hand brakes with palms of hands to original position. Make sure the hand brakes located on the handles are locked. When the brakes are locked, it is safe to stand in a stationary position or sit on the seat. 3. To begin walking, position your feet side-by-side in the middle of the frame while holding the handles. Unlock the hand brakes by pulling up on the handles until you hear a clicking noise. Begin with moderate steps, pushing the rollator in front of you as if you are pushing a shopping cart. 4. To slow down or temporarily stop, pull up slowly on the hand brakes until you have slowed down or stopped. 5. To sit on the rollator, ensure it is in a locked position and does not move when pushed. DO NOT unlock your rollator from a sitting position. When you are ready to resume walking, stand up and follow the steps above.
Assembling Your Rollator: 1. Extend the rollator frame by pushing down on the folding metal brace on both the right and left sides just below the seat, until both sides are locked securely in place. 2. To attach handles, place each handle into the handlebar openings on either side of the rollator frame. Adjust each to the desired height by removing the knob, washer, and screw from the handlebar. Insert the screw with the washer on it through the hole in the rollator bar that aligns with the desired height, then screw the knob back on securely. 3. Test and adjust the tension on the braking system mechanism to ensure proper and secure braking before use. To adjust tension, turn the metal fastener located between the brake wire and brake handle assembly clockwise or counter-clockwise. 1. Extend rollator. Push down to extend. 2. Insert backrest. 3. Insert handle. Tighten both locks.
