Step 01: Take your Hydroxycut product of choice, twice daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before your two largest meals. Step 02: Maintain a calorie-controlled diet. Step 03: Include at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily. Directions: Take 1 serving (3 gummies) twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals.
